Experian Tenancy operates New Zealand's largest tenancy database (bureau) and provides a platform for private landlords and professional property managers to share their tenant experiences online by lodging Tenant Ratings, 14 Day Notices, and Tenancy Tribunal orders.
How long is my tenancy information stored?
Tenancy information is generally retained by Experian Tenancy for up to 7 years.

Who can access my tenancy information?
Only registered landlords and property managers in New Zealand with an active Experian Tenancy subscription can access tenancy records. This ensures that all data is used appropriately and confidentially for tenant screening purposes.
Are there any fees for accessing or correcting my records?
No. You can freely access a copy of any records Experian Tenancy holds about you and submit a request for correction of any records you think are incorrect.
